3. Tasting process: The participants record their observations on evaluation forms. The feedback gathered guides the refinement and optimization of the soft drink formulation to meet consumer preferences and market demands. Participants assess the flavor, texture, aroma and overall appeal of the drink. They provide feedback on sweetness, acidity, carbonation level, mouthfeel AI generated photo and aftertaste.
