Casual Dinner with the theme of Nature and its Abundance for the Masterstudio
graduates and professors.
Output
A vegetarian dinner for a hot Swiss summer night:
- Fregola Sarda salad with roasted almonds, caramelized lemon and cherry tomatoes, dill
- Vegetarian foie gras, salicornia and sourdough bread
- Watermelon-feta-fig salad, mandarin vinegar and honey dressing
- Beetroot hummus with pickled stick celery and cucumber
- Green gazpacho with pumpkin seed pesto
- Basil ice cream
- Elderflower ice cream
