Output The focus of the installation is decoding the black elderberry tree. Creation of multilayered compositions of textiles, colors, and edibles, becoming a sensory experience. The plant‘s deep red-purple pigment shines alongside the elderberry delicacies, combining both qualities in an installation and interactive manner, which can be experienced during a culinary tasting. The elderberry variations include: Confit, Shrub, Punch, Dust, Candy, Sorbet and Capers.
