The plant‘s deep red-purple pigment shines alongside the elderberry delicacies, combining both qualities in an installation and interactive manner, which can be experienced during a culinary tasting. The elderberry variations include: Confit, Shrub, Punch, Dust, Candy, Sorbet and Capers.
