Re-inventing a classic craft beer bar in Basel, Switzerland by implementing a
holistic, modern gastronomic concept while respecting and preserving their
core identity.
Output
Indulging in the art of craft beer and its food pairing. From Leaf to Root & Snout
to Tail. Inspired by Bierjohann‘s favorite craft beers, each dish on the menu is
carefully crafted to complement the flavors and nuances of these exceptional
brews. Local sourcing of all the products, allowing the given season to dictate
the main ingredients and ensuring the freshest flavors on the plate. Embracing
organic and sustainable practices, local producers as well as Bierjohann‘s garden supply the ingredients,
guaranteeing that what grows in the region will find its way onto the beer paired menu.
