Role Eating Designer: Combining Space, Eating, Process and Product Design
Goal Expanding the experience of culinary art to explore the topic of eating.
Output The dinner is dedicated to the exploration of edibles and their sensory fragments. Guests are playfully and mindfully encouraged to engage their senses.The experience aims to create an immersive culinary journey. By combining familiar ingredients with new flavours and novel dining concepts, the experience offers both comfort and adventure.The table setting fosters a sense of community, stimulating lively discussions and providing opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. The Dinners are hosted once a month in my Studio in Basel. Each person will be charged 150.- for participation. Secure your spot among the available eight slots!
