Expanding the experience of culinary art to explore the topic of eating.
Output
The evening is dedicated to the exploration of edibles and their sensory fragments.
Guests are playfully and mindfully encouraged to engage their senses. By combining familiar ingredients with new flavours and novel eating concepts, the experience offers both comfort and adventure.The table setting fosters a sense of community, stimulating lively discussions and providing opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
The events are held once a month. The experience features a selection of locally sourced products, including ingredients that are either cultivated in nearby farms, harvested from my home garden, or personally imported.
